Accounts Receivable Specialist
A large company is partnering with Accounting Principals to search for a temporary to hire candidate for their team. You will be responsible for billing invoices, posting payments, and reconciling statements. Since a lot of your tasks will be responding to clients, you must have professional communication skills. A strong background in customer service would be helpful, and you could be considered for this role if you had a blend of customer service and professional office experience. You don’t need to have previous accounting experience, but some education classes or a desire to take your career in that direction is important. You will work in a beautiful office building with a view of the water. Fully covered benefits are offered after the temporary time period. Composing billing invoices according to contracts
Troubleshooting client inquiries
Processing payments to the correct accounts
Updating client account information
Reconciling account statements
Additional tasks as needed
Desired Skill Set:
At least two years of professional office or accounting experience
Associates in Accounting would be preferred
Strong customer service skills
High attention to detail
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
