Accounts Receivable Specialist 

Are you looking for a new Accounts Receivable Specialist opportunity and have prior professional experience of 2 years? Then this is the opportunity for you! Accounting Principals is in search of a qualified AR Specialist for a new job opportunity in Broadview Heights, Ohio in the Banking industry. They are interested in someone who has at least 2 years of prior Accounts Receivable experience and is comfortable working within large ERP software systems. This is a contract to hire opportunity and our client is looking to move fast..

Responsibilities include:

  • Process payments (high volume daily)
  • Research and resolve account discrepancies
  • Prepare bank deposits and apply credit memos 
  • Review and prepare account statements
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable Manager with day to day special projects
  •  
    Qualifications include:

  • Two years’ experience in Accounts Receivable required
  • Banking industry experience is a plus
  • Skill within Excel (Pivot Tables and Vlookups)
  • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • Hours: Monday – Friday; 8am – 5pm

    Dress Code: Business Casual

    Compensation: $15 - $17 per hour (depending on experience)
