Responsibilities include:

Inputting invoices

Ensuring billing accuracy

Follow up by collection letters and phone calls

Customer service experience in resolving billing issues and disputes, issuing credits and payment posting

Accounts Receivable specialist will be responsible for maintaining aging goals for their portfolio

Preferred Advanced Excel experience
