Accounting Principals is partnering with a leading, international culinary brand to recruit an Accounts Receivable Specialist on a permanent basis.  This opportunity is based at our client’s headquarters in San Francisco’s Financial District.  You may be able to perform some of your duties on a remote basis following your successful completion of training.

In this role you will prepare, process, and follow up on invoices to wholesalers, retailers, and restaurants.  Communication is key to this role.  You will engage daily with teammates and customers both verbally and in writing.  You will also rely on your advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications to fulfill your duties.

 

DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate's Degree of higher
  • 2-5 years professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Outstanding problem-solving & critical thinking abilities
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Detail-oriented

  •  

    This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with company-provided health and other benefits.

    Starting salary begins at $55,000 per year, depending upon experience & education level.

    Our client’s headquarters is located near BART, Muni, the San Francisco Ferry Building, and the SalesForce Transit Center.
