Accounts Receivable Supervisor Job in Portland, OR
Are you a natural leader who enjoys process improvement? We have an exciting Accounts Receivable Supervisor position with an established company in Portland, OR. You’ll become a key part of this growing accounting team and directly supervise a team of specialists. To be the best-suited candidate, you will need to have your Bachelors Degree and at least five years of general accounting and accounts receivable experience. This is a permanent position that will start on a contract to hire or direct hire basis. Starting wages are 55-67k, with room for growth!
As the Accounts Receivable Supervisor your job duties will include:

  • Leadership of Accounts Receivable functions
  • Assists with continuous improvement efforts, projects, and initiatives
  • Identify problems, develop creative solutions and implement the chosen course of action in a timely and effective manner
  • Leads the team to effectively accomplish company and department goals
  • Attracts and retains great talent in a highly engaged team
  • Monitors team performance through metrics and reports; holds team accountable to results
  • Develop, establish, monitor and measure systems and procedures

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

  • 6+ years accounting experience with a focus in Accounts Receivable
  • Large company accounting experience preferred
  • Passion for process improvement
  • Leadership experience required
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience working within an ERP system
