Accounting Principals is currently looking for a highly energetic Accounts Receivable professional to join our client in Hunt Valley, MD.

This position is 100% on-site in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

Salary is $45k - $60k

Responsibilities:

• Process one-time or manual charges

• Prepare and process monthly rents

• Process resident payments daily

• Reconcile resident accounts as necessary

• Processing returns

• Handling renewals

• Maintaining existing residents files and general files

• Maintain correspondence files

• Setup and establish lease files

• Maintain company databases as it relates to each resident

• Assist and coordinate leasing and property management responsibilities as needed

• Process and Post tenant payments in tracking database

• Mail all correspondence relating to Lease Administration Dept (monthly resident statements)

• Initial court filings

Skills:

• Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Work and Outlook) skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• High energy, organized work habits and a positive attitude

• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast pace environment with ability to multi-task

Experience:

• 2 + years in A/R

• MRI and Nexus experience a plus

Education:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business or Real Estate preferred
