Title:  Accounting Receivable Coordinator!

Accounting Principals is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator that is located within North Kansas City, MO!! This role requires knowledge with working collaboratively and efficiently with given data! This position will be directly responsible for the collections, receipt, and recording of all outstanding receivables.

A candidate for this position should have experience when communicating and have the capability to take initiative when needed. This job is located within the office and needs someone who can follow up effectively within multiple sales departments when working with different customer accounts!


  • Process and collect cash receipts to maximize success!
  • Assist with issuing payment letters, and credit hold notifications!
  • Capabilities to coordinate multiple different customer accounts and credit charges.
  • Excellent communication and observation skills to recommend write-offs when needed!
  • Maintain adequate records regarding different payments status.
  • Ask for help from sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate collection processes.
  • Qualifications:

  • Proficient use of MS Office, specifically Excel, and general office technology!
  • Experience working in a team and independently.
  • Strong communication skills!
  • Education:

  • Associates Degree or Sufficient Experience within Accounts Receivable

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects


  • 15 -20$ Depending on Experience!
  • Work Hours:

  • M-F (In Office)
