Accounting Principals is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator with two or more years of Accounts Receivable experience for a remote contract job.

The AR Coordinator will focus on cash application, researching discrepancies and process invoices.

Responsibilities:

  • Applies payments received from all sources to customer accounts and / or GLs
  • Completes appropriate follow through to resolve unidentified payments or discrepancies associated with the processing of invoice payments
  • Processes client refunds and credit memos
  • Creates and distributes third party billing / invoicing as required by BDO customers
  • Communicates with external and internal professionals regarding issues and/or questions related to payments
  • Partners with Collections practice to ensure proper application of firm funds
  • Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of direct Accounts Receivable experience
  • Cash application experience preferred
  • High School diploma required
  • Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • PeopleSoft Financials experience preferred  
  • Capable of working and communicating effectively with professionals at all levels
  • Experience:

  • Two (2) or more years related accounts receivables experience, required
  • Prior experience with multi-location companies, preferred
  • Prior experience in professional services, preferred
  • Employment Type: Remote, Full time, Contract

    Compensation:

  • $17 - $19 per hour
  • Work Hours: M – F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
