Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Accounting Principals is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator with 1 or more years of experience for a full-time job at a well-established company in Mineola, NY. Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
Post revenue by verifying and entering transactions from lock box and local deposits.
Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing report.
Excellent data entry skills required (Alpha and Numeric).
College degree in accounting, finance, and business administration, preferred.
Proficiency in an accounting software preferred, such as Quickbooks and ADP.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Able to analyze information.
Thorough report research results.
Able to meet deadlines and strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Minimum of 1 year of related experience
Employment Type: Full-time, Temp to Hire
Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
