Accounting Principals is currently seeking a contract AR/AP Clerk for a part-time position in Tulsa, OK.  This is a Contract role that will focus primarily on account receivables, accounts payables and assist with administrative duties. Candidate must be proficient in Quickbooks and excel.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Make and receive customer calls to resolve past due amounts
  • Apply incoming payments to accounts
  • Process adjustments
  • Assist with Accounts Payable
  • Qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks
  • 2+ years of Bookkeeping and Accounting experience
  • Skills:

  • Good understanding of accounting principles
  • Able to communicate professionally both oral and written
  • Multitasking and able to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Employment Type:

    Part-time – Contract

     

    Compensation:

    $15-$17/hourly

     

    Work Hours:

    30 hours per week
