Accounts Receivable Clerk

Accounting Principals is partnering with a premier company to help fill their Accounts Receivable Clerk job in Broomfield, CO. To qualify, you must have your high school diploma and recent office experience with the drive to learn new skills. Our client is known for their great working environment and their willingness to teach employees new skills to grow within the company. You will earn between $18 and $20 per hour in this Temp-to-Hire position.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily deposits and maintain daily sheets of progress
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
  • Making collection calls as needed to ensure bills are being payed
  • Answer phones to make sure each customer is taken care of with top tier customer service
  • Create job folders that include invoicing, retention invoices, past dues, change orders, etc.
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • Recent Office experience at previous position
  • Valid Colorado driver’s license
  • Knowledge of computer-based accounting software
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when entering in data
  • Full understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
