Accounts Payable Coordinator


Accounting Principals is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist with 2 or more years of experience for a full time job at a well established firm in Suffolk County. This is a contract to hire role that offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Matching vendors invoices with POS and receiving reports
  • Codes to the general ledger account
  • Reviews and reconciles vendor accounts
  • Print, process checks and weekly reports as needed
  • Qualifications:

  • Experience learning processes, procedures and software quickly
  • Must be accurate and timely to meet deadlines
  • Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Employment Type: Full time, Temp to Hire
