Accounting Principals is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator with 2 or more years of experience for a full-time job at in Suffolk County. This is a great contract-to-hire role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.
This role entails heavy payables with QuickBooks experience.
General bookkeeping with updating accounts payable
Bank statements and vendor invoices.
Proficiency in QuickBooks highly preferred
Must be accurate and timely in production of requested material and meet assignment deadlines
Effective communicator with attention detail
Minimum 2 years of related experience
