Accounts Payable Coordinator
We are working with a client in Suffolk County to fill an accounts payable position. Ideal candidate will have construction experience and experience processing job costing invoices.
- Three- way matching
- Posting of all invoices to GL
- Record Use Taxes payable when appropriate
- Record ACH payments
- Ensure all subcontractor insurance certificates are current
- Process monthly rental payments
- Reconcile vendor payments
- Knowledge of accounts payable
- Construction industry experience a big plus
- Strong PC skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written skills
