Accounts Payable Specialist

 

Accounting Principals is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist with 3 years of experience for a trading company currently located in Orange - moving to Irvine later this year.

 

This role entails a focus in Accounts Payable. Our ideal candidate will have experience processing 500 invoices/week, troubleshooting invoice discrepancies, and reconciling. If you are looking for a new career opportunity – apply online today!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Entering voucher, posting invoices
  • Trouble shooting invoice differences
  • Processing check runs
  • Process ACH, wire payments
  • Reconciling accounts discrepancy
  • Processing Overhead expenses
  • Handling charge backs to suppliers
  • Maintaining vendor file information, as well as 1099's
  • Processing expense reports
  • Handling expenses for multiple companies
  •  

     

    Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounts payable
  • Must possess analytical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High volume experience (500 plus invoices per week) preferred
  • Computer skill include MAS90/200/500, excel, word, outlook
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
