Accounting Principals is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Accounts Payable Specialist job in Troy, MI. To qualify, you must possess at least three years of recent, relevant experience processing full accounts payable and you must have previous experience using an ERP System. This is a TEMPORARY job opportunity that will last 4-6 months. Depending on your performance, it could lead to a permanent opportunity within the company that comes with their competitive benefits package.
-Processing full-cycle, high volume accounts payable (3-way match)
-Cutting and mailing out checks
-Maintaining all vendor files and AP files
-Coordinating with vendors as needed to ensure prompt payment
-Running reports for management as needed
-At least three years of recent, relevant experience processing accounts payable
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
-Proficiency with an ERP software
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent analytical skills
