Accounting Principals is working with one of our clients looking to fill an Accounts Payable Specialist job for the corporate office located in San Francisco, CA.  This position is 100 percent remote! The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience. The role will be responsible for inputting invoices, preparing accounts payable aging, routing invoices for approval, reviewing employee expense reimbursements, and assist on projects and duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

- Full cycle Accounts Payable 3-way matching experience required

- Experience with inventory and purchase orders required

- Software experience with Oracle required  

- Solid knowledge of accounting knowing your debits and credits and general accounting

- Team player, able to work independently, and be self-motivated

- Reliable, dedicated, and meets deadline

- Detailed, analytical, and organized

- Solid communications (written & verbal)

- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)

 

Experience: 3 years of Accounts Payable experience

Compensation: $30.00 – $40.00 DOE

Employment Type: Temporary (3 months)
