Accounting Principals is proactively recruiting candidates with Accounts Payable experience for an upcoming contract to hire position with one of our clients in Phoenix Arizona. To qualify, you must possess at least two years of Accounts Payable Experience or other related accounting experience. Also, previous experience utilizing NetSuite is a plus but is not required. If selected you will earn between $40,000 and $50,000 per year in this contract-to-hire job opportunity, based on your level of previous experience.
Obtain and review expense reports
Reconcile office records including expense reports
Review purchase orders resolve discrepancies and facilitate payment of vendors and additional company partners
Issue stop-payment and purchase order amendments
Record monthly statement and transactions
High school or equivalent level of education required
Bachelors degree in Accounting & Finance or other related fields of study strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Required
Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus
