Accounting Principals has partnered with an automotive company based in Tempe, AZ, to find an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering partial remote flexibility and advancement potential!
In this role you will be responsible for the oversight of the employee credit card program including issuing new credit cards to employees, accounting for all employee expenses and handled expense reporting. The right candidate should have at least one year of accounts payable experience, including knowledge of employee expense reporting and reconciliation. They should also have good communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

Issue credit cards to assigned employees
Assist employees with troubleshooting and resolving credit card related issues
Reconcile all credit card statements, including maintaining files of all expense receipts
Communicate with employees regarding missing documentation
Assist with month end close
1+ years of full cycle accounts payable experience
Experience with employee credit card or "p-card" programs is highly preferred
Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment
Ability to think critically and problem solve independently
Must be a strong communicator and team player
Full-time, M-F business hours with partial remote flexibility
Location - Tempe, AZ (must be local)
Pay - $40,000-$50,000, DOE
