We have partnered with a company in need of an accounts payable specialist. They are planning to hire temporary to hire to hire and look for someone with previous accounts payable experience.  The company offers flexibility and competitive benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter, code, match and process payments for check runs
  • Resolve discrepancies with vendors and ensure discounts are obtained when applicable
  • Review and Process expense reports
  • Monthly and weekly reporting
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of full cycle accounts payable experience
  • Recent ERP experience is required and intermediate Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
