Accounting Principals has partnered with a Non Profit Organization in Philadelphia, PA to help find an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a temp to hire opportunity with an annual salary of $40K. The ideal candidate must be comfortable in a high volume environment - processing 300+ invoices weekly, account reconciliations, and vendor management. Training will be onsite in the Center City office, once trained employee will be given supplies to Work From Home.
- Processing 300-400 invoices per week
-Processing employee expense reports
- Entering invoices
- Using V Lookups and Pivot Tables in Excel
- Code to the GL accounts
- Minimum 3 years of AP experience
-Intermediate Level - Excel
-Intermediate Level - MS Word
