Accounts Payable Specialist Job – Independence, OH
Our client is in need of an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their Accounts Payable team. They are based in the Independence Ohio area. The right candidate will have previous experience preferably in the Accounts Payable department. They must also be extremely team oriented and enjoy a fast-pace working environment.
Accounts Payable Specialist Job – Responsibilities:
- Run full cycle Accounts Payable (High volume)
- Process, check and approve invoices
- Research and solve discrepancies
- Handle, maintain and resolve all issues with vendor accounts
- Assist finance team with month end close and year end close
Accounts Payable Specialist Job – Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience and growth
- Experience with Oracle or SAP is a plus
- Previous supervising experience in Accounts Payable
- Excellent knowledge and skill with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with full cycle Accounts Payable
