Accounts Payable Manager


Accounting Principals is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager for our client located in the Fairfield, Ohio area.  The  ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of management experience combined with high volume AP experience. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing an AP team
  • Training as necessary
  • Troubleshooting with employee issues
  • Month end closing, accruals, and approving invoices for payments
  • Managing vendors and the 1099s
  • Evaluating vendors, setting up and streamlining processes, and analyzing for cost savings

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management preferred
  •  5+ years of AP and/or management experience required
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and accuracy
  • Ability to travel to other locations when needed
