Accounts Payable Job in Vancouver, WA
Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist looking to get to work immediately? We have a contract position in Vancouver with an established healthcare company. As the best person for the role, you will have at least 1 year of administrative support experience, along with exposure to Accounts Payable! This person will work with a great team and will be supporting a friendly AP team. This is a short-term contract opportunity paying between $17-19/hour depending on experience.
As an Accounts Payable Admin, your job duties will include:
- Assist with Daily processing of vendor invoices
- Open and distribute mail related to Accounts Payable
- Assist with Data entry of AP invoices
- Other special projects as needed
You are a great candidate for this position if you fit the following:
- One year of accounts payable experience is preferred
- Excellent and accurate data entry skills
- Top-notch communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
- High level of comfort with MS Excel
