Accounting Principals is seeking an Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk for a larger healthcare client in central Indianapolis! The Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk is responsible for providing financial and administrative support in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. Ideal candidates should have previous coding and data entry experience within the financial sector. Compensation for this position is a firm $16/HR.

Job Duties:

  • Proper and timely recording of daily transactions involving incoming shipment confirmations, receipts of product and supplier invoices.
  • Edit and verify that invoice pricing, term, and conditions match authorized purchase orders
  • Posting of invoices and reconciliation of accounts statements
  • Reconcile each supplier statement at the end of the month to make sure all invoices have been received.
  • Following up and researching discrepancies on invoices and vendor accounts.
  • Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate degrees and\or 1-2 years of related experience
  • Accurate and quick 10KEY entry
  • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
