Accounting Principals is searching for an Accounts Payable Coordinator position in Grand Rapids, MI. The ideal candidate will be detailed and organized with 2+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience. This is a contract to hire opportunity with a stable and growing company.
High volume, full-cycle Accounts Payable processing
Verify vendor invoices by matching purchase orders
Resolve invoice discrepancy, while filing and maintaining all receipts documentation
Reconcile accounts, and maintain reconciliation logs
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Accounts Payable position
Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
Strong MS Excel skills and experience working in an ERP
Accounting degree is preferred
