Accounts Payable Coordinator

Accounting Principals is partnering with a company in the construction industry in a search for a temporary to hire accounts payable professional. You will be handling high volume processing and be working on a large team. Even though you will have your own accounts to focus on, you need to be comfortable coordinating and helping other team members. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial in this position and some previous demonstrated experience in an environment that’s required that or where you have processed high volume work is preferred for the candidate stepping into this role. This company has a location in Bellevue, WA, but there is free parking available. In addition, the hiring manager is flexible with the hours that are worked, as long as you reach your forty hours per week. You will work with a supportive team in a company that is growing and that has opportunity to support career growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Processing accounts payable invoices
  • Responding to and updating vendor requests
  • Reconciling vendor statements
  • Troubleshooting any vendor inquiries
  • Additional projects as needed
  • Desired Skill Set:

  • At least a year of accounting experience
  • Proven success in a high-volume environment is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with team members
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Professional communication skills
