Accounting Principals is looking for Accounts Payable Coordinators for a client of ours located in the Robinson area of Pittsburgh, PA. These are temporary positions and the ideal candidate must have prior accounts payable experience and be willing to work in the office.
Research outstanding remittance payables to determine if an order needs paid
Apply outstanding debit memo’s for payments
Process debit memo’s for incorrect payables
Maintain accurate records and logs
Discrepancy investigation and resolution
Bachelor’s Degree preferred and prior AP experience required
Strong computer skills, especially Excel, and prior ERP system experience
Attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication skills, and strong customer service focus
Strong problem-solving capabilities – will be researching between systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Job Type: Contract
Location: Robinson Twp., PA (in office)
Pay Rate: $20/hr.
Hours: 8:30 am – 5 pm
