High volume entry of payable invoices
Verifying accuracy of vendor invoices including POs
Ensuring compliance of employee expense reports prior to reimbursement
Processing payments via ACH and wires
Researching and resolving discrepancies as needed
Monitoring vendor accounts to ensure that payments are up to date
Accounts payable experience in a high volume environment
Proficiency in MS Excel including pivot tables and Vlook ups a plus
Excellent communication skills working to resolve issues internally and externally with vendors
