If you are an Accounts Payable Coordinator looking to join a great organization in Manhattan with work life balance then please read on! Our client is seeking a reliable individual who has at least two years of accounts payable experience within a high volume, fast-paced environment. This is a wonderful opportunity if you are looking to start something new ASAP and a foot in the door with a great company!  This role will be remote to start but ultimately will work in their gorgeous SoHo office!  This is a potential temporary to hire opportunity for the right person.   

Responsibilities:

  • High volume entry of payable invoices 
  • Verifying accuracy of vendor invoices including POs
  • Ensuring compliance of employee expense reports prior to reimbursement
  • Processing payments via ACH and wires
  • Researching and resolving discrepancies as needed
  • Monitoring vendor accounts to ensure that payments are up to date
  • Qualifications:

  • Accounts payable experience in a high volume environment 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel including pivot tables and Vlook ups a plus
  • Excellent communication skills working to resolve issues internally and externally with vendors
