Responsibilities:
Review invoices for accuracy and gain necessary approval
Process anywhere from 100+ invoices on a weekly basis
Process check requests
3-way invoice matching
Vendor communications
Update General Ledger
Process aging reports
Assist with monthly close and the preparation of financial statements
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
Non- Profit experience is a plus
MIP Software is a plus
Skills:
Strong understanding of accounting basics
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Employment Type: Full-time, Temp to Hire
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
