Accounting Principals is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator for a full-time job at a non-profit located in New York, NY. Responsibilities:

  • Review invoices for accuracy and gain necessary approval
  • Process anywhere from 100+ invoices on a weekly basis
  • Process check requests
  • 3-way invoice matching
  • Vendor communications
  • Update General Ledger
  • Process aging reports
  • Assist with monthly close and the preparation of financial statements
  •  

     

    Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Non- Profit experience is a plus
  • MIP Software is a plus
  •  

    Skills:

  • Strong understanding of accounting basics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  •  

    Employment Type: Full-time, Temp to Hire

     

    Work Hours: 40 hours per week
