Responsibilities:

  • High volume entry of payable invoices 
  • Verifying accuracy of vendor invoices including POs
  • Ensuring compliance of employee expense reports prior to reimbursement
  • Processing payments via ACH and wires
  • Researching and resolving discrepancies as needed
  • Monitoring vendor accounts to ensure that payments are up to date
  • Qualifications:

  • Full cycle accounts payable experience in a high volume environment (150+ weekly invoices)
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel including pivot tables and Vlook ups a plus
  • Excellent communication skills working to resolve issues internally and externally with vendors
