Accounting Principals is seeking an AP Specialist in Hackensack NJ. NJ The ideal candidate will do well in a fast-paced environment and have experience processing a high-volume number of invoices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, review and processing outgoing payments
  • Process a high volume of invoices and ensure accuracy
  • Create journal entries as needed
  • Match invoices to purchase orders
  • Communicate with vendors via phone and email to respond to any questions
  •  Qualifications:

  • Experience processing a high volume of invoices
  • 3 years of AP experience
  • Proficient t in MS Excel
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Full Time, Contract to Hire
