Qualified candidates will have at least one year of experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably handling all aspects of the AP process. In this position, our client is looking for fast learning individual who has previously processed invoices within an ERP system!
- Process and reconcile payments and expenditures in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Ensure approval, sorting, coding and matching of invoices/receipts
- Track employee travel and expenses and ad hoc reporting
- Continuously improve payment processes
- BA/BS strongly preferred
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable practices
- Date entry skills with a strong analytical focus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
