Accounts Payable Coordinator – Twinsburg, OH
Our client is in search of an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their aggressively growing company located in Twinsburg Ohio. To qualify for this role, you must have 2-3 years of previous Accounts Payable experience as well as experience with full cycle accounts payable functions. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity and is moving fast.
Accounts Payable Coordinator Role - Responsibilities:

  • Process Invoices
  • Review, code, and verify invoices and check requests
  • Researching, maintain and resolving vendor files and inquiries
  • Reconcile AP transactions and report discrepancies
  • Transfer details to general ledger
  • Assist the accounting department with month end close
Accounts Payable Coordinator Role - Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years prior Accounts Payable experience
  • Associates Degree Preferred
  • Experience with AP systems
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Strong organization and attention to detail skills
  • Knowledge and experience with Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables)
