An Accounts Payable Coordinator job in Fort Worth, TX is available with our manufacturing client as a temp-to-perm.  If you have three or more years’ accounts payable processing, solid reconciliation skills, and are accustomed to multitasking in a fast paced work environment with a smile, then this could be the perfect career for you!  Our client is seeking diverse accounts payable skills, a flexible attitude to manage daily outlook calendars, strong office clerical support skills and three way matching is preferred.  If you would enjoy a position in a stable profitable company and have a professional customer service attitude, then please keep reading.  
Accounts Payable Coordinator Job Duties:   
• Weekly processing of 500+ AP invoices weekly
• Strong ability to enter, match and code invoices
• Prioritize incoming invoices and mail
• Audit invoices for accuracy
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Research and resolve vendor inquires
• Answer phones and provide office support to management upon request  
• Three or more years’ experience processing high volumes of invoices
• Previous experience with three way matching of invoices
• Strong ability to create and work with intermediate-level Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
• Stable job tenure
• Experience with MS Word, and Outlook
• ERP systems experience in software packages such at Oracle or SAP would be a plus
