Accounts Payable Clerk (Part-time) – San Francisco, CA

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will handle full-cycle accounts payable, manage credit card reconciliations, and resolve all invoice issues. This Accounts Payable Clerk Position is a part-time opportunity which will require about 15-20 hours of work per week. Our ideal Accounts Payable Clerk candidate will have experience and at least six months of experience processing AP. Additionally, this Accounts Payable Clerk position will be easily accessible by public transportation.
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will:

  • Handle full-cycle accounts payable
  • Maintain files and W-9’s
  • Manage credit card reconciliation
  • Resolve all invoice issues
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as needed
The ideal Accounts Payable Clerk candidate will have:
  • is required
  • NetSuite is preferred but not required
  • BA/BS in Accounting or related field
  • Some month-end close experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • 6+ months of experience processing AP
