A temp to hire Accounts Payable Clerk job in Richmond, VA is currently available courtesy of Accounting Principals.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an AP role and will be detail oriented.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute AP payments, ensuring completeness, accuracy and timeliness of data from other departments
  • Accurately process check and ACH payments
  • Answer and address telephone calls and other communication coordination
  • Create and batch edits
  • Run and match checks
  • Make corrections and files
  • Review batches prepared by others for errors and corrections
  • Qualifications

  • Knowledge of computers and 10 key touch calculator
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Accounts Payables experience of at least one year
  • Schedule: 40 hours/week

    Working In Office

    Pay: Depending on experience, $14-15/hr
