If you are an Accounts Payable Clerk then we have the job for you! This company is located in the Oakland CA area and the company is highly motivated to hire! The ideal candidate will have an Accounts Payable background doing AP invoicing and data entry. This position is looking to pay up to $55K based on experience, if converted to perm. 

The AP Specialist job duties will include:

  • Processing invoices through full cycle process on SAP Concur
  • Ability to handle high volume of AP invoices 
  • Reporting for vendors
  • Ability to work well with team members
  • Will be trained on other accounts payable duties
  • The Qualifications for the AP job:

  • At least 2-3 years AP experience
  • Quickbooks experience is a plus
  • Bachelors Degree or higher in Business or Accounting
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-starter
