Responsibilities:

  • Match purchase order to invoices and enter invoices for payment
  • Respond to vendor and employee inquiries regarding invoices, expenses, and check requests
  • Reconcile processed work by verifying entries
  • Assist with month end close processes and yearly external audits
  • Produce monthly reports
  • Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of related AP experience  
  • Strong MS Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • Skills:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  •  Professional communication skills
  • Employment Type: Full Time, Contract to Hire, Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

    $15-17/hour, depending on experience
