Match purchase order to invoices and enter invoices for payment
Respond to vendor and employee inquiries regarding invoices, expenses, and check requests
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries
Assist with month end close processes and yearly external audits
Produce monthly reports
1-3 years of related AP experience
Strong MS Excel
High attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication skills
Employment Type: Full Time, Contract to Hire, Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
$15-17/hour, depending on experience
