Immediate Accounts Payable/Administrative Specialist role in the Skokie, IL area. Work with a well-established company that has been in business since the mid 1990's. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will handle full cycle accounts payable and front desk reception/administrative support.
AP/Administrative Specialist role will handle the following responsibilities:
- AP responsibilities
- Full cycle accounts payable including 3-way matching and assisting with check runs
- Handle invoice discrepancies
- Resolve vendor issues
- Opening, processing and distributing mail
- Print and route incoming faxes
- Answer the phones
- Greet guests
- Order office supplies
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of AP experience
- Working AP in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Basic Excel skills required
