Accounts Payable Clerk Job (Part Time) - San Francisco, CA

Do you thrive in a fast-paced office environment? If so, one of our clients is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to assist with entry level accounts payable work and admin duties. In this blended accounting and admin role, you will spend your days processing AP, assisting with filing, and handling admin or reception tasks. Ideally, you would be able to work a few hours each day during the work week. Our ideal Accounts Payable Clerk candidate would be a tech-savvy individual who is looking to broaden their experience. As an AP and Admin Clerk, you will:
- Process AP
- Assist with filing and other accounting tasks
- Support reception and admin duties
- Complete special projects as needed
Ideally, you will have:
- AA/BA (or currently in progress) preferred
- Experience with entry level accounting a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Attention to detail
