Accounting Principals is working with one of our clients looking to fill an Accounts Payable Associate job for the corporate office located in Alameda, CA.   You should have at least 1 year of experience handling Accounts Payable.  You will be responsible for processing approved and coded invoices into the AP system and meeting the timelines. This role will also handle ACH and wire transfer requests, maintain and file all paid invoices, adhere to all established corporate polices, and assist with any projects as assigned.



- Accounts Payable experince in a high volume environment preferred

- Associates Degree would be a plus but not required 

- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)

- Strong Data Entry skills (10-Key & Typing)

- Solid overall accounting knowledge

- Comfortable working in office and in a fast-paced environment

- Reliable, thorough, and dedicated 

- Attention to detail, analytical, and organized

- Strong communications (written & verbal)  


Experience: 1 year of accounting experience with a focus in Accounts Payable (Accounts Payable Clerk/ Coordinator/Administrator/Specialist, Accounting Assistant/Clerk)

Compensation: $24.00 – $28.00

Employment Type: Temp to Hire (3 to 4 months)
