Accounting Principals is partnering with a manufacturing company in Poway, CA to hire an individual for a contract Accounts Payable Specialist job. To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a minimum of two years of accounts payable experience. This is a great opportunity to work with a stable company!
In the Accounts Payable role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, 3-way matching, obtaining approvals, working with vendors to resolve issues, and assisting with month-end close.
Accounts Payable Specialist Job Responsibilities:
Process 2-way and 3-way match of invoices
Research and resolve any discrepancies
Reconcile credit card statements
Assist with check runs
Maintain vendor relationships
Minimum of two years of previous accounts payable experience
Experience with 3-way matching in a manufacturing environment
Experience with a large ERP system
