Looking for part time work? We’re partnering with a long time non-profit client in Downtown Portland to bring in a new part time Accounts Payable Administrator. The perfect candidate for this opportunity will have at least 2+ years of full cycle AP experience and intermediate Excel skills.
This is a part time, contract to hire opportunity paying up to $24 an hour.
Responsibilities:
Match, batch, code, and enter AP invoices into the system
Prepare weekly check runs and get the appropriate approvals
Handle AP related reconciliations and report
Assist with month and year end close
Qualifications & Requirements:
2+ years of full cycle AP experience
Intermediate Excel knowledge, including the ability to navigate through spreadsheets using formulas
Experience with Financial Edge software is a plus
Employment Type: Part Time (32 hours per week), Contract to Hire
Compensation: $20 - $24 per hour
