Accounting Principals is working with one of our clients looking to fill a Part-Time 32 hours a week Accounts Payable Administrator job for the corporate office located in San Ramon, CA. This position is all in-office! The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience and be comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks.  The job responsibilities include accounts payable, accurate coding, verify support documentation for expense reports, scanning, creating pdf's, working with excel spreadsheets, printing, filing, and work on additional projects as assigned. 


Qualifications for the job include:

- Bachelor’s or Associates Degree is preferred

- Software experience with Quickbooks highly preferred

- Solid knowledge of the full cycle Accounts Payable process

- Overall accounting knowledge understanding basic accounting principles

- Able to work independently, take initiative, and work in a fast paced environment

- Comfortable working in-office

- Reliable, dedicated, and driven to get the job done

- Attention to detail, quick to learn, and a problem-solver

- Strong communications (written & verbal)

- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)


Experience: 1 years of accounting experience (Accounts Payable)

Compensation: $22.00 – $26.00 Depending on Experience

Employment Type: Part-Time (32 hours Monday through Friday - Temp to Hire (Temp 4 to 5 months)
