Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist looking to get to work immediately? We have a short term contract position in Vancouver. As the best person for the role, you will have at least 1 year of Accounts Payable support experience, and a willingness to learn! This person will work with a great team and will be supporting a friendly AP team. This is a short-term contract opportunity paying between $17-18/hour depending on experience.
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, your job duties will include:

  • Assist with Daily processing of vendor invoices
  • Open and distribute mail related to Accounts Payable
  • Understanding of the full AP cycle from receipt to check runs
  • Assist with Data entry of AP invoices
  • Other special projects as needed
You are a great candidate for this position if you fit the following:
  • One year of accounts payable experience is preferred
  • Excellent and accurate data entry skills
  • Top-notch communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
  • High level of comfort with MS Excel
