Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Logistics Administrator for a full-time position in Duncan, OK. This is a direct-hire position that will focus managing driver expenses.
This entry-level role will be tasked with managing trips for drivers including booking flights, documentation and validating expenses for bill backs. This position will work closely with the Operations Manager and will also assist with driver calls and various administrative functions. Ideal candidates will have some logistics experience preferably working directly with drivers and a good understanding of basic accounting principles.
1-2 years administrative office experience
Logistics experience preferred
Billing or Accounts Receivable experience
Basic understanding for accounting principles
Attention to detail and focused on accuracy
Good customer service skills
Able to learn new software quickly
Good typing and 10 key skills
Full-time, Direct Hire
$35K- $45K annually per hour USD
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
