Accounting Principals has partnered with an international company located in Whittier, CA seeking an Accounting Specialist to join their team.  This is a remote position until further notice.  The ideal candidate will have a least 3 years of experience in AP, AR, general bookkeeping, and sales & use tax.  This is the perfect opportunity if you enjoy working in small family feel environment that promotes a positive environment.   

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and post customer payments
  • Maintain daily sales reports
  • Reconcile bank accounts and merchant accounts
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
  • File quarterly sales & use tax
  • Assist with other accounting duties as needed
  • Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of related accounting experience
  • Must have experience with EPICOR
  • Experience with VAT Tax and Sales & Use Tax
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
  • Skills:

  • Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize and organize multiple task with good follow-through
  • Must have great attention to detail
  • Be a strong team player with a can-do attitude
  • Must have strong work ethic and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Employment Type:  Full-Time, Temp to Hire

    Compensation:  $20-25 per hour

    Work Hours:  8:00 am – 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday
