Responsibilities of this Accounting Specialist / Jr Accountant include:

  • Handle all AR transactions but also
  • Work closely with AP and maintain relationships with vendors
  • Reconciling account spread sheets 
  • Perform journal entries and bank reconciliations
  • Assist team with month end close

    •  

    Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 1-2 years’ of experience in an Accounting capacity 
  • Ability to change priorities and wear multiple hats
  • Humble, positive attitude, driven, flexible, and accurate
  • Familiar with Excel
